エクステリアデザインは、ボディ上部をコーポレートカラーを意識した「ときわグリーン」、ボディ下部を「飛雲ホワイト」とし、その間に「つつじピンク」の帯を配して先進性とスピード感を表現したものとなっています。また、個性的なロングノーズは、環境性能を考慮した形状となっています。
インテリアデザインは、「ゆとり」「やさしさ」「あなたの」の3つのキーワードをもとに「Exclusive Dream－特別な旅のひとときをあなたに」をデザインコンセプトとして、上質な空間を演出しています。大きな特徴として、E5系では、特別なゆとりとおもてなしを提供するグレード「グランクラス」を10号車に設けています。木質とメタリックな色合いを組み合わせた室内に、※本革シートやウールの絨毯などの上質な素材を採用した居心地のよい空間となっており、リクライニング角度45度のオール電動式シートにより最適なポジションでゆったり過ごすことができます。

    Great trip and flight. Long distance bus like this not only for cheapest options of traveling, but also saving accommodation of one night hotel room. It also suitable for someone who have for free time at destination. Meanwhile Plane is suitable for someone in rush and who have more money for faster travelling.

    The service in business class is better, but the food in the private room and onboard is excellent. The bed in the private lounge is the most comfortable I have ever slept on, but, the lights were a pain.

    For $6000.USD a night?! I'm not impressed. When compared to 1st Class on an Air Emerites A380, it doesn't really compare for the money.
